Onion Soup Mix Potatoes!

These are SO easy to make and you will love them with dinner and the left overs for breakfast!

You will need -

Red Potatoes - 4-5 medium

1 Medium Onion

I package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix (two packages to the bag)

2 Tablespoons of melted butter

Wash the potatoes and chop up into small pieces. The smaller they are, the faster they will cook.

Chop your onion into small pieces and add to the potatoes.

Add the melted butter and toss.

Add the package of onion soup mix and toss.

I pour the potatoes over a foil-lined pan for easy clean up.

Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees or until soft with a fork and "done" on the outside!

Or, you can bake this on the fire or BBQ in double-foil-lined packets for about 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes to see if they are done. Don't burn yourself on the foil or the steam!!

Cooking time will depend on your fire or the heat of your BBQ.

This is a picture of them ready for the oven!
