Morro Bay State Park Campground Map

We recently went up for the Cayucos Sea Glass Festival which I blogged about on Stories From My Day.  We camped at Morro Bay and I was able to take a few pictures of campsites.  Check out my Morro Bay State Park information page to see the photos, plus links to The Morro Bay events calendar, Harbor Festival, etc..

My husband and I want to go and stay a week at the campground and do some day trips.  This is the first trip to the little town of Cayucos and it was great.  Cute shops, restaurants, beach, pier.  Another day trip will be to Cambria, really cute little town with lots of antique stores.  One day down to Avila, Pismo and Shell Beach – my favorite tiny shell beach.  I could sit there all day long!  And, of course, a day in Morro Bay on the beach, bay and the Embarcadero!  What am I missing??  We could go to Hearst Castle .. not too far away .. and I haven’t been there since my honeymoon?  Yikes .. 30 years!  If you get to camp at Morro Bay State Park, I think you’ll just love it!
